In which I go off the beaten path...

...and talk about Chiropractic care.

I'd been to a chiropractor before - oh about 6 or 7 years ago when my co-pay was $5. To be honest, it wasn't all that earth-shattering. So I stopped going.

I started going again 3 weeks ago to Fish Chiropractic in Roswell.

3 words.

OH.

MY.

GOD.

I can literally feel the energy flowing into my extremities as my back is adjusted. It sounds like gunshots when my back is cracked. And it feels absolutely wonderful. I can't begin to tell you how much better I feel.

I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fish if you're in the Roswell/Marietta/Alpharetta area.

I <3 Dr. Fish!

I will hold my nose no longer

As I have expressed before, I am no fan of John McCain. His flip-flopping on taxes & immigration scares me. His stance on "global warming" disgusts me. His abortion of a campaign finance reform bill is downright unconstitutional.

And of course, Hillary and Obama are much, much worse.

I just watched a documentary called "In the Face of Evil" and it's amazing how history has repeated itself over the years. The Democrats (and lately, the Republicans as well) have been trying to appease "The Wolf" that appears. The Wolf is symbolic of those regimes that seek oppression of their people, power, and control -- such as Mussolini's Italy, Hitler's Germany, Lenin and Stalin's USSR, and down the line. The ones that have opposed them historically have been called "warmongers", "radicals", and the like.

The "mainstream" (voiced by "leaders" like Chamberlain, Carter, Nixon, and that ilk) has always tried to appease and negotiate with these evil regimes, and it has taken a strong conservative leader in the vein of Churchill, Reagan, Thatcher, and the like, to defeat evil.

We are now facing down one of those regimes. It is different from the others in the fact that it is an offshoot of a religion, not a political belief. We need a strong leader to defeat this evil now, or it will threaten to consume us. The Islamic Fundamentalists will not negotiate. They will not listen to reason.

John McCain loves this country. John McCain has done a lot for, and to, this country. But one thing he is not is a strong leader.

I will not hold my nose any longer and vote for the lesser of two evils. The lesser of two evils is still evil. I will not have that on my conscience.

edit: Say what you will about Bush 43, at least he has it right. From his speech today in Israel:

"Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along," the President said to the country's legislative body, "We have heard this foolish delusion before. As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: 'Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided.' We have an obligation to call this what it is –- the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history."

Is Obama a white man with a black father, or a black man with a white mother?

Does misogynist < racist?

John McCain is going to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Hillary will win Indiana, but lose N.C by less than 10 percentage points.

Trailer Park Boys is the best series this side of Squidbillies

If McCain gets elected, will he survive his first term?

If Obama gets elected, how long before he has an assassination attempt against him?

Rush Limbaugh has a crush on Hillary.

It's Friday!

It's Friday and I'm out. Nothing is really tickling my fancy right now except for the fact that the GNP actually GREW last quarter, and the jobless rate actually FELL. Stock market is up, oil prices are down, and dollar is a bit stronger. Let's see if we can keep it up.

Shibuii.

Out.
